I have a couple of Australian talents for you today.

It’s a constant battle over the radio station whenever we travel as a family. We have varying tastes. Mine is good. The rest of them have none. And so the war rages.

Do we give in to the majority and listen to Top 40 commercial ad-laden crap favoured by the girls?

Or the old-people’s tunes, interspersed with whacky segments by a trio of unfunny hosts (there’s always a token girl on the team, isn’t there?)  as voted by husband?

“My car. My choice. When we’re in your car, yadda yadda yadda…”

What do you mean, I sometimes have to be a nice wife/mummy and compromise?

See? Taste. I haz it. I also have a girl crush on Lanie Lane.

And San Cisco? Girl drummer, the Big Un (also a drummer) concedes that they are pretty cool. Husband thinks they sound as though they’re twelve. Maybe so, but quirky and original and talented twelve-year-olds.
